This coaching level engages clients to the tone, communication style, and engagement necessary to establish successful relationships. We will cover the basics of interpersonal skills: active listening, empathy, and paraphrasing.
Intermediate-level participants will learn how to maintain relationships while negotiating conflicting goals. Coaches focus on the art of diplomacy and focus intensely on active listening, identifying crucial goals, and negotiation principles
This level focuses intensely on conflict prevention and conflict resolution. Using the restorative justice model, this level also addresses resiliency after a conflict has been mismanaged
This training is available in group sessions and is designed for employees that directly interface with customers. Training includes identifying the attendees’ conflict triggers, learning interpersonal skills to communicate through conflict, and developing individualized plans to anticipate real-world scenarios. Group sessions are 3 to 4 hours, with up to 15 people per session. We can also customize sessions.
